By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bit393 website and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 1 Agreement & Acceptance

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bit393, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bit393's services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to your account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on bit393. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC Verification: bit393 may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents — such as a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance checks.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify bit393 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Non-transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party.

4 Deposits & Payments

bit393 accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to players in Pakistan:

• HBL internet banking
• UBL internet banking
• Meezan Bank online transfer
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards

All deposit amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform. Minimum deposit thresholds may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. bit393 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

bit393 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. All payments must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your bit393 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. bit393 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bit393 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bit393 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• bit393 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to minimise risk and guarantee profit from bonus funds — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may not be available to professional bettors or players identified as engaging in advantage play.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bit393 Platform are subject to the specific game and sport rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules. General conditions applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bit393 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of a manifest error as determined solely by bit393.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bit393 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the staked amount.
• bit393 reserves the right to apply maximum stake and maximum win limits on any market, game, or bet type at any time.
• For cricket betting, including PSL fixtures and international matches, all settlement decisions are made in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• For live casino games, the rules of the physical or virtual table in use at the time of play govern the outcome. In cases of dispute, the game log recorded by bit393's servers shall constitute the definitive record.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit393 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform insiders to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to circumvent account restrictions or bans.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward bit393 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bit393 Platform — including but not limited to the bit393 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, layout, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bit393 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bit393.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit393 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, bit393 does not accept liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond bit393's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any decisions you make based on information or odds displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from gambling addiction or problem gambling behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bit393 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires such action.

Upon termination for cause, bit393 may withhold any funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by the player, any remaining cleared balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
